Shuswap Hearing Clinic was founded by Dimos Papadimitropoulos, an experienced Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner, who has been serving the Salmon Arm and Shuswap area for nearly a decade. What makes Dimos unique, is that he was born with a hearing loss. This personal experience drives his passion for hearing health and improving the lives of others. With over 30 years of firsthand experience living with a hearing loss and wearing hearing aids, Dimos understands the profound impact that a dedicated hearing professional can have on your life.

Valerie is our dedicated Office Manager with over eight years of experience in the hearing industry. Her passion for patient care is personal and close to home. She has close family members and friends who live with hearing loss, and she has seen firsthand how life-changing the right hearing solutions can be. This unique perspective gives Valerie a genuine understanding of both the challenges and the benefits that come with hearing care.
